We exist to uplift and honor God’s Shepherds - pastors and church leaders, by offering meaningful recognition and encouragement both durning their lifetime and after they’ve transitioned.

We believe in celebrating spiritual leadership not as an afterthought, but as a vital part of building up the Body of Christ. Our work focuses specifically on fellow believers in the United States who are passionate about seeing godly leadership valued, affirmed, and appreciated in tangible ways.
